Principal & founder of DMD Finance Group.

Dean Drenoski created DMD Finance Group to serve busy professionals when it comes to their financial needs. With a client portfolio of dedicated individuals in medicine, law, entrepreneurs, business owners, and other time-demanding professions, Dean believes in honouring his clients by delivering a premium, proactive, and sensitive service.

With over 15 years experience in the finance industry, Dean has occupied a number of high profile positions within Westpac and the Bank of Melbourne, as well as in Private Banking. He was awarded a finalist position in the CEO Award for Employee of the Year during his time at Westpac. Working for high net-worth clients to develop their investments, Dean gained an excellent reputation based on his industry insight and client support, and many of his clients have sought him out based on the recommendations of others.

Dean recognises the importance of working together with your other key advisors, such as your accountant, lawyer, and conveyancer. He is able to skillfully collaborate with your team to develop a robust business strategy.

Dean has focused his career on refining what an ideal customer experience looks like for his busy clients. Working with the big four banks as a Relationship Manager, Dean listened closely to the needs of his clients, their challenges and frustrations, and what they needed from a personal banking relationship.
